- Perform inspections and tests on products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Collect and record data from inspections and tests - Analyze data to identify trends or issues - Collaborate with production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions - Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards - Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a quality technician or in a similar role preferred - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data - Knowledge of quality control principles and practices - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data - Good communication skills, both verbal and written Note:
